Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster attorney, Richard Gallogly, writes a quarterly commentary for the Massachusetts Land Court Reporter.  The Land Court Reporter is published by Landlaw, Inc.  Since 1996, Gallogly has written this commentary on noteworthy Land Court decisions.  His most recent column features issues such as easement rights, special permits, and demolition of existing buildings.
