On June 9, 2008, Dan Bailey of our Environmental and Land Use Department chaired a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar entitled "Solving Waterfront Property Disputes." The seminar focused on the various rights and obligations of waterfront property owners. Mr. Bailey's presentation concentrated on what happens to ownership rights when the beach erodes or accretes. Gareth Orsmond, also of our Environmental and Land Use Department and Eric Wodlinger of our Litigation Department also participated as panelists.  The written materials on this seminar are available from MCLE
