Rackemann to Present at Massachusetts Green Building Seminar on July 24, 2008
July 11, 2008Jesse Abair, Robert Foster and Michael Parker will be presenting at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminar Green Building: Legal Regulatory & Practical Issues. Topics to be covered include current Green Building principles, such as LEED Certification, incorporated in state and local regulations, zoning bylaws and permitting approval processes. Included in the program will be a case study of the new Genzyme facility in Cambridge, MA. The seminar will take place from 1-5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, via Winter Street, in Boston.
