On January 14, 2009, Dan Ossoff, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, and Dan Bailey, Co-Chair of the firm's Environmental Department, participated in an MCLE presentation and webcast entitled “Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Real Estate Agreements”.  The materials for that program consisted of the MCLE volume entitled Drafting Commercial Real Estate Documents in Massachusetts.  Dan Ossoff served as editor of that publication, and Dan Bailey was a contributing author of the chapter on "Environmental Considerations in Commercial Real Estate Transactions".
