On December 17, 2008, Deborah Goddard, General Counsel at the Department of Housing and Community Development, and Werner Lohe, Chairman of the Housing Appeals Committee, were guest speakers at a Real Estate Bar Association Affordable Housing Committee lunch hosted by the firm.  Ms. Goddard and Mr. Lohe provided an update of recent HAC cases and proposed changes to regulations affecting Chapter 40B developments.
