Congratulations to Village Green Residential LLC in closing the private placement bond financing of a proposed 56 unit, friendly 40B, mixed income residential project in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.  The project is the final phase of an approximately 175,000 s.f. mixed use commercial and residential complex which the principals of Village Green developed over the past six years.  Enterprise Bank & Trust Company purchased the multifamily housing bonds which Massachusetts Development Finance Agency issued for this project.  Kurt James, a Director in the firm’s Real Estate Department and Chair of the Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group, represented the developer in this transaction.
