Rackemann Attorneys Chair ABA Presentations

American Bar Association - 2009 Midyear Meeting
February 11th through February 17th, 2009

Several firm attorneys chaired presentations at the American Bar Association 2009 Midyear Meeting during the week of February 11-17, 2009 in Boston. 

Robert Foster, Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, hosted a meeting of the ABA's State and Local Government Law Section for its strategic planning session. 

Maura Murphy, a Director in the firm’s Business Department, pariticipated in a panel discussion entitled "The New Form 990 - What Nonprofit Organizations Need to Know Now!" presented by the National Conference of Bar Foundations.

Kurt James, a Director in the firm’s Real Estate Department, participated in a panel discussion entitled “Foreclosing on the American Dream: The Housing Crisis and the Role of Lawyers and Laws in Securing Housing Justice” presented by the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law.
