Daniel Bailey, co-chair of the Environmental/Land Use Group, and Robert Foster of the Litigation Group, are featured speakers at the "Land Use Hot Topics" program at the spring meeting of the ABA's State and Local Government Law Section. Dan will be speaking on "The Massachusetts Ocean Management Plan" and Bob (who serves on the Section's Council) will be speaking on "Recent Developments in Judicial Review of Land Use Regulation of Cellular Telecommunications Facilities under the Telecommunications Act of 1996."
