The Massachusetts Appeals Court upheld a Superior Court decision in favor  of our client, the Martha's Vineyard Commission, in the case entitled, Tisbury Fuel  Service, Inc., v. Martha's Vineyard Commission, 68 Mass. 773 (2007).  The Appeals Court affirmed the trial judge's findings that there was sufficient evidence to reject plans for a major service station on one of the most heavily traveled, and most frequently congested roads on the Vineyard.
