Practice Focus

Mr. Falzone primarily focuses on drafting sophisticated estate plans and assisting in probate litigation matters, such as will contests and equity actions in the probate court.  Mr. Falzone also assists executors and trustees with the administration of estates and trusts.

Background

Mr. Falzone  joined the firm in 2002.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Falzone clerked for the firm for a year, interned for the Honorable Kenneth Laurence of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and worked as an assistant to Professor Charles Rounds, Jr., on the 2002 Edition of Loring: A Trustee’s Handbook.
