Practice Focus
Mr. Condit’s practice is concentrated in the areas of administration of trusts and decedents’ estates, as well as estate planning.
Represents individual clients and fiduciaries and has many years of corporate law experience.
Serves as trustee of trusts for individuals and charitable organizations and as corporate director.
Background
Served on active duty with the United States Navy 1956-1959, attaining the rank of Lieutenant (Law Specialist).
Partner with the Boston law firm of Herrick & Smith, 1959-1986, chairman of the Probate Department from 1984-1986.
Founded Condit & Associates, P.C. in 1986, concentrating in trust and estate law.
Joined Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster in 1996, and served for five years as Chairman of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
