Practice Focus

Mr. Abair’s practice encompasses a broad array of civil litigation matters in both the state and federal courts, with a particular focus on business and real estate disputes. 

Notable Experience

Represents companies in disputes regarding employment matters, insurance coverage, partnership dissolution, consumer fraud claims, contract disputes, and other business-related matters.

Represents owners, sellers, buyers, abutters, and developers of real estate in matters including zoning appeals, disputes regarding purchase and sale agreements, title insurance coverage, environmental compliance issues, easements and access rights, affordable housing development, commercial lease disputes, and construction litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Abair practiced law in New Jersey, where he won the Morris County Bar Association Young Lawyers Trial Competition. Mr. Abair interned for the Special Narcotics Prosecutor's Office in New York and the United States Attorney's Office in Newark.
