Practice Focus
Mr. Wodlinger has substantial experience in both trial and appellate courts in zoning, subdivision, and land use cases, eminent domain, tax abatement and exemption matters, and private title and land use disputes.
Notable Experience
Mr. Wodlinger represents property owners and public institutions, including museums, hospitals, schools and colleges in obtaining development permits from municipalities and state agencies. He also serves as general counsel to the Cape Cod Commission and the Martha’s Vineyard Commission, and as special counsel on land use matters for a number of cities and towns in eastern Massachusetts.
Mr. Wodlinger is listed by "Best Lawyers in America" for eminent domain.
