Practice Focus

Gordon’s practice focuses on commercial litigation in trial and appellate courts in the areas of real estate, title insurance cases, contract and other business-related disputes.   Among other matters, Gordon has handled numerous title, boundary and zoning disputes.  Gordon is aware that some matters are best resolved outside of Court, and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations.  He is a trained mediator and has served as a case conciliator at the Boston Municipal Court.  Gordon strives to formulate a strategy to meet each client’s business needs and priorities.
