Practice Focus
Mr. Rubenstein is a member of the litigation department. Mr. Rubenstein concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of corporate, lender liability, insurance, real estate, professional malpractice, and environmental litigation. Mr. Rubenstein, as part of his litigation practice, advises institutional, commercial and individual clients on a variety of litigation and related issues.
Notable Experience
Mr. Rubenstein has practiced in the area of commercial litigation since 1973. He has tried jury and jury waived cases in state courts in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Florida, New York, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and in federal court in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. He has argued appeals in state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Rubenstein has argued the appeal in the following appellate decisions, among others:
