Practice Focus
Mr. Thayer’s practice focuses on real estate titles. For 43 years he has advised clients with respect to titles as extensive as a city block or a 3600 acre tract or as local as the disputed use of a driveway.

- Approved attorney for all title insurance companies licensed in Massachusetts
- Chairman of Joint Real Estate Bar Association and Abstract Club Amicus Committee
