Practice Focus
Josh concentrates his practice in tax law, estate planning and administration, elder law, and probate. Josh is particularly able to consider a wide variety of issues and distill a plan for his client that is both understandable and manageable.
Notable Experience
Josh has successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service on income and estate tax audits; the Department of Medial Assistance on Medicaid appeals; and, in disputed Probate Court litigation.
In a recent Medicaid planning case, Josh developed and implemented a plan that qualified the client for Medicaid, allowed for the successful transfer of over a hundred thousand dollars, and saved significant capital gains tax for the client and her family.
