Yvonne does legal research at various Registries of Deeds and Probates in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island for examination of real estate titles as well as legal research regarding real estate and genealogical information performed at Bureau of Vital Statistics, City and Town Halls, State House Library and Archives, Bankruptcy Court, Land Court, City and Town Libraries. She also drafts title opinions, legal descriptions and legal documents.
Notable Experience
- Examining title to “Dogtown Common”, a village in Gloucester/Rockport containing 400 acres more or less which was deserted around 1820 to determine the current ownership for the City of Gloucester.
- Examining title to Railroads, and various Mills including Malden Mills, Essex Company Mills and Lowell Boott Mills.
- Specializing in examining title to fee in streets and ways.
