Background
Ms. Witherell joined the firm in 2007 after serving for two years as a judicial law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. During law school, Ms. Witherell served as a judicial intern, both in Vermont and Massachusetts, and staffed a Vermont Legislative Study Committee.
