Practice Focus

Mr. Gyllenborg focuses his practice in general corporate, commercial lending, securities, finance, employment and medical and technology transfer matters.  Mr. Gyllenborg has experience advising clients on a wide array of transactions including formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, loan restructurings, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, operating agreements, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, securities offerings, business and intellectual property issues, leases, joint venture agreements, trademarks, asset sales, and dissolution.  Mr. Gyllenborg assists clients with structuring, negotiating and documenting all types of corporate transactions. 

Mr. Gyllenborg also represents lenders and borrowers in all types of financial transactions, including permanent loans, lines of credit, revolving loans, working capital loans, construction loans, and securitized loans, as well as intercreditor arrangements.

Background

Mr. Gyllenborg was formerly with Weston, Patrick, Willard & Redding in Boston and joined Rackemann in 2008.

Mr. Gyllenborg was named as a 2011 and 2010 Massachusetts SuperLawyer “Rising Star” in a research project conducted jointly by Boston Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine.
