Rackemann Attorney Michael Parker Will Serve as Panelist for the “Commercial Real Estate: MCLE BasicsPlus!®” Program on December 7th
Rackemann attorney Michael W. Parker will serve as a panelist for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s “Commercial Real Estate: MCLE BasicsPlus!®” program in Boston on December 7, 2017. This is the eighth year that Michael has participated in the program, which provides a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of commercial real estate law and practice. Practice areas covered by the program included Offers/Letters of Intent, Acquisition Documents, Title and Survey, Zoning, Subdivision, Environmental Due Diligence, and Leasing and Permanent Financing. Michael’s presentation this year focused on Zoning and Environmental Due Diligence.
Michael is a Director in the firm’s Real Estate Department and is a frequent contributor to continuing legal education programs, including chairing the “Green Buildings” MCLE and “Redeveloping Brownfields” Boston Bar Association CLE programs, and served as a panelist for “Environmental Law BasicsPlus” MCLE program. He is also a frequent contributor to Rackemann’s land use blog, the Massachusetts Land Use Monitor.
