Rackemann Prevails in Supreme Judicial Court Appeal on Behalf of Clients’ Environmental Property Damage Claims
On January 19th, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled in favor of Grand Manor Condominium unit owners regarding their claims to recover loss in property value as a result of contamination caused by the City of Lowell’s previous operation of a landfill on the property where their homes were built.
