Practice Focus

Eric Gyllenborg is a transactional lawyer handling general corporate, commercial lending, securities, finance, employment and medical and technology transfer matters. Eric helps clients structure, negotiate and document formations, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and dissolutions and other complex business needs, such as:

  • Commercial lending and loan restructurings
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Securities offerings
  • Shareholder, employment, consulting and operating agreements
  • Corporate governance and shareholder disputes
  • Business, trademarks and intellectual property issues

He also represents lenders and borrowers in all types of sophisticated financial transactions, including permanent loans, lines of credit, revolving loans, working capital loans, construction loans and securitized loans, as well as intercreditor arrangements.

Background

Eric was formerly with Weston, Patrick, Willard & Redding in Boston. He joined Rackemann in 2008.
