Francesco A. De Vito Published in The Real Reporter

The article, “A ‘Glass Half Full’ Real Estate Market,” by Francesco A. De Vito was published in The Real Reporter.

In the article, Frank explains that the U.S. has, “a strong commercial real estate market as evidenced by insatiable tenant demand for space, which drives vacancy rates lower and lower and rents higher and higher, in some cases exceeding $100 per square foot in the Back Bay. Ground-up or renovated office development in Boston alone has exceeded seven million square feet in this cycle, and the cranes populating Boston just don’t seem to be going anywhere.”
