Matthew L. Leonard Served as Faculty for MCLE “Understanding & Using Trusts” Seminar
Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster attorney Matthew L. Leonard recently served as faculty for a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar entitled Understanding & Using Trusts. Matt is a partner in the Trust & Estates Department, and was chosen as faculty for his extensive experience with drafting trusts for clients and advising fiduciaries.
This seminar was geared towards estate planning attorneys who do not have in-depth understanding of trusts. The seminar gave a step-by-step guide through the life of a trust from creating a trust through the termination and the steps in between. Matt’s presentation focused on a trustee’s power to invest and the duties associated with that power.
Printed materials from this seminar are available on the MCLE website.
