Press Release: Rackemann Attorney Michael W. Parker Presenting at MCLE New England® Commercial Real Estate Program
Boston law firm Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster announces that Michael W. Parker will present at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) New England two-day program “Commercial Real Estate: MCLE BasicsPlus!®” on November 1, 2018. Parker will present during the session, “Zoning, Subdivision, Environmental Site Assessments,” where he will discuss the overview of zoning law, what to look for in an environmental site assessment report, and what to do when you find it.
As a Director in the firm’s Real Estate Group, Parker represents corporations and individuals in complex real estate and environmental disputes and transactions, including appearances before state, local and federal regulatory agencies. He helps clients in all aspects of Boston land-use permitting, including the Boston Planning and Development Agency Article 80 approval process. Parker also chairs the Boston Conservation Commission, which is charged with protecting the City’s wetlands and urban wilds.
