Rackemann Attorney Daniel J. Ossoff Presents at Merrimack Valley Conveyancers Association Meeting
Boston, MA, March 26, 2018 — Daniel J. Ossoff, Chair of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster’s Real Estate Department, presented on the topic of “Appellate Work that Dirt Lawyers Never See” at the Merrimack Valley Conveyancers Association meeting on March 22nd at the Lanam Club, Andover, MA. Ossoff spoke about recent cases in which amicus briefs have been submitted by the Joint Amicus Committee of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA) and the Abstract Club, including how and why cases are selected.
Ossoff is a past President of REBA and the current Co-Chair of the Joint Amicus Committee of REBA and the Abstract Club. He is an experienced transactional lawyer handling all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, development and finance, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, leasing, and title matters. Dan’s clients include national corporations, non-profit institutions, private developers and individual property owners.
