Rackemann Attorney Frank De Vito Named Co-Chair of Boston Bar Association’s Real Estate Section
Francesco A. De Vito has been named Co-Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Boston Bar Association. The Real Estate Section provides educational and professional development opportunities in all substantive areas of real estate law. The Section includes nine subcommittees covering matters such as land use and development, finance, leasing, construction, and affordable housing. The BBA’s mission is to advance the highest standards of excellence for the legal profession, facilitate access to justice, and serve the community at large. The BBA is one of the oldest bar association in the United States, with more than 12,000 members drawn from private practice, corporations, government agencies, legal aid organizations, the courts, and law schools.
