Rackemann Attorney Michael Parker Serves as Panelist for “Commercial Real Estate Basics Plus,” MCLE Program
Rackemann attorney Michael W. Parker recently served as a panelist for the “Commercial Real Estate Basics Plus” Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program in Boston. This is the sixth year that Michael has participated in the program, which provides a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of commercial real estate law and practice. Practice areas covered by the program included Offers/Letters of Intent, Acquisition Documents, Title and Survey, Zoning, Subdivision, Environmental Due Diligence, and Leasing and Permanent Financing. Michael’s presentation this year focused on Zoning and Environmental Due Diligence.
Michael is a Director in the firm’s Real Estate Department and is a frequent contributor to continuing legal education programs, including chairing the “Green Buildings” MCLE and “Redeveloping Brownfields” Boston Bar Association CLE programs, and served as a panelist for “Environmental Law Basics Plus” MCLE program. Michael also chaired the Boston Bar Association’s Hazardous and Solid Waste Committee, presenting monthly educational programs for fellow attorneys and other environmental professionals for two years.
