Rackemann Helps Vinfen Corporation to Close Important Transaction
Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster congratulates Vinfen Corporation in closing a HUD Transfer of Physical Assets involving two Massachusetts Department of Mental Health clubhouses in Lawrence and Haverhill. Kurt James, a Director in the firm’s Real Estate Department and Chair of the Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group, represented Vinfen in this transaction.

Each year, the organization provides a comprehensive array of services to adults with psychiatric, developmental and behavioral disabilities. This important transaction will increase Vinfen’s capacity to provide permanent, affordable housing for individuals with psychiatric disabilities and allow it to better serve the needs of the communities of Lawrence and Haverhill.
