Rackemann’s David Friedman Presents at MCLE Seminar
Rackemann attorney David M. Friedman recently served as faculty and panelist for a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Seminar entitled Evidentiary Issues in Family Court Practice & Procedure. David is an associate in Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster’s Family Law Department, and was chosen to be a faculty member for the Seminar on the basis of his experience in presenting cases in the Commonwealth’s Family Court system.
The Evidentiary Issues in Family Court Practice & Procedure seminar was tailored to provide a primer on the trial of divorce, contempt, or modification matters, including how to properly present evidence, how to appropriately and effectively conduct cross-examination, how to ask proper leading questions, and how to overcome hearsay.
Printed materials from the seminar are available on the MCLE website here, and the entire seminar is available for purchase from the MCLE in an audio CD format.
